Rick Soshensky, MA, LCAT, MT-BC, NRMT, has been a practicing music therapist with children, adolescents and adults with diverse diagnoses since 1992. Rick is the author of numerous professional publications and professor of music therapy at SUNY New Paltz and Molloy College as well as a sought-after lecturer on music therapy topics. His work has been featured nationally in print media, on radio, and on professional websites. Rick’s organization, Hudson Valley Creative Arts Therapy Studio (HVCATS) is dedicated to providing the highest quality music and art therapy for individuals, groups or communities dealing with disability, trauma, illness and other challenges. We serve all age groups – children, adolescents and adults. Sessions are designed to achieve outcomes related to improved social, communicative, emotional and physical health and well-being.
