Carol, aka Dusty, is a graduate of The Center of Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. She has completed 1020 hours of massage therapy which includes, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports and Chair Massage. Carol holds training/certificates in Reiki 1 and Hot Stone Massage, and Bliss Restorative Head Massage. Carol has been living in the beautiful Hudson Valley for 28 years. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, she spent many years as a photographer where she developed a very close relationship to detail and beauty. Taking a photograph is finding a way to release beauty. Carol’s mission is to help people learn to relax the body and allow it to breath correctly, to understand that massage is actually health care. Massage increases circulation which transports oxygen throughout the body, which help to reduce the tension in our muscles and fascia. Carol will leave your body feeling totally relaxed, rejuvenated, and able to breathe once again.
