Improv for Sanity is a bimonthly meet-up for folks looking to learn and experiment with improv comedy in a supportive, democratic and inclusive space. With a focus on connection, creativity, well-being and abject silliness, Improv for Sanity will act as a balm for the chapped soul. No experienced necessary, but enthusiasm appreciated.
