Fusion Dance Technique: This is a fun and creative form of class that promotes fitness through various forms of world dance. I fuse traditional styles of dance from India, West Africa, Spain and Latin America, with modern technique. This work brings together different cultures and shows the linkages between seemingly different dance styles.
