Therapeutic Yoga for Artists and Musicians
So much of the musical and artistic lifestyle involves repetitive motions and postures that can lead to chronic conditions over time such as back, shoulder and neck pain as well as inflammatory conditions in the hands and wrists. Learn simple and effective yogic techniques to stretch out the upper body that you can do in between sets, during your writing break and in between brush strokes on a daily basis.
