I have been practicing as a nurse since 1980 and licensed as a nurse midwife since 1990, specializing in family planning, well women’s care and hospice and palliative care. Currently I am nurse faculty at Columbia- Green Community College. I own Hudson Valley Kripalu Yoga- teaching gentle yoga and “Let Your Yoga Dance”
