O+ provides affordable guided mural tours two Saturdays a month. Each tour leaves from one of three locations in Kingston from which a collection of murals can be viewed and discussed. Tour guides will address the approach O+ takes to curation and production of its murals as well as larger concepts including local history, culture and identity, shared themes and the role of public art within the community.Â
Please contact tours@opositivefestival.org with any accessibility or affordability concerns regarding the public mural tours.

Private & Virtual Tours
Looking for a private mural tour for your family, a group of friends or a team of your colleagues? Looking to tailor a mural tour to a theme or specific subject matter? Request a private mural tour and O+ will work with you to build a tour that accommodates your schedule and your interests. These tours are typically during the week at times outside of the scheduled tours for the general public.
Hoping to take a virtual tour of murals in order to comfortably access the murals, because you are outside of Kingston or during the coldest or warmest months of the year? Our lead educator can design an expansive virtual tour of the murals, accessed through Zoom, that is unconstrained by walkability, weather or your location. Virtual tours can cover more ground!
We ask that you request private or virtual tours 7+ days in advance of your desired date(s) to allow us to coordinate with you and to pull together a program based on your preferences. Please keep in mind that we may not always be able to accommodate your requests but the more lead time our team receives, the more likely we can!
