Jessica Childs

Jessica is a somatic relationship and sexuality therapist in New York who helps people get to the heart of what makes them thrive in relationships.

Whether you are dating, in a long-term partnership, or in one of the many other lifestyle communities, the pathway to joy, ease, and pleasure in intimate relationships is yours for the taking. Good, healthy relationships are a blueprint that we are all born with – but this gets overshadowed by socialization, conditioning, developmental trauma, dogma, and other life experiences. But it is there… under the surface… waiting for the right support. And when you show up to it, that’s when the magic flows.

Jessica uses somatic embodiment, mindfulness, relational skills, endless deshamification, experiential practice and functional tools to support individuals and couples. She helps them move closer to self-awareness, connection, and confidence in sex and intimate relationships.

Jessica is a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach and is an advanced student in Somatic Experiencing. She holds a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Natural Gourmet Institute and a B.S. in Biology from Bard College. She spent several years as a sensory neuroscience research associate at the Rockefeller University and bases her practice on current neuroscience research.

Jessica sees clients in Woodstock NY, New York City, and worldwide on Zoom.
