Bio:
Kara has been a social worker for over 22 years! She is passionate about helping others improve their mental health and well-being. She has a background in research and considers herself an innovator and creative type. Kara also co-founded a 501c3 in 2012, called Fareground, Inc, which is a project that focuses on food justice in Dutchess County, NY. Her work style is holistic and goal-oriented with an understanding that we are all fluid and always working toward our own greater good in some way.
