Retired Prison Nurse and traveler. I have a home base in the Kingston area. I volunteered last year for the 0+ festival and am returning this year. This experience was so overwhelmingly rewarding that I have since volunteered in Latin America as a clown with the famed Patch Adams.

Jemma Schwartz, LCSW, RYT 200 (pronouns she/her/hers) is ramping up her new practice, Move Your Mind Therapeutics, offering counseling, psychotherapy, and trauma informed yoga services to individuals and groups in New Paltz, NY. Jemma uses an eclectic approach of techniques to promote healing by tailoring interventions to the moment and to the person sitting in front of her. Through skilled and compassionate interventions, she aims to assist people in increasing self awareness of their thoughts, emotions and physical experiences in the present moment. Her passion is using the body to heal the mind, to gain awareness of your internal state, decrease stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and ultimately to promote empowerment and wellness.
