Jules Taylor

Jules Taylor is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Texas. He is currently living in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York. His debut solo album, entitled “Mountain Time” is scheduled for release in July of 2017. He is currently performing solo shows in New England.

His early years were spent in South Texas, growing up in a small town called Lyford. Spending his early adulthood so close to the Mexican border left an indelible mark on his musical compositions. Traditional Mexican folk music, Classic Country, and Texas Blues influences have shaped his songwriting, groove, and musical tonality.

His Rock ‘n’ Roll band EL YEAH! released an EP in November of 2014 entitled “Welcome to August”. EL YEAH! features a grunge rock sound, mixed with a Southern hard rock influence. “Welcome to August” is available on Spotify, iTunes, and Bandcamp.

Jules has now returned to his roots, having written several new songs that display his deep affection for Americana and folk music. There is a deep and heavy Appalachian influence, laced with ethereal and ambient flavors that make up a unique solo performance. He is known for creating large sonic landscapes using only an acoustic guitar and a variety of floor based guitar and vocal effects.

He has released a new live looper album entitled “Alone and Solo Volume 1” and full concert footage in anticipation of his studio release “Mountain Time”. He is currently booking solo shows in New England.

Back Alley Ramblers

We are a Blues Rock band from Haverhill, Mass. and enjoy performing shows locally and sometimes get a chance to perform out of town, which is always fun. We self released a 6 track Ep in 2014 and are currently in the writing process of our first full length album. We hope to record it later this year. Brian (Bass guitar) and Whitey ( Lead Guitar) formed the nucleus of the band years ago and they added Brad on the drums and Alexandru on Vocals to round out the full 4-piece band.

Expanding their audience through New England and beyond, Mad Yonder features dual front vocals, guitar & piano riffs and shifts, along with violin, trumpet, and a thunderous rhythm section.
