The Peach Pits

The Peach Pits are a band from Nashua, New Hampshire, made up of Eliza Jenkins, Tyler Moody, Jake Nelson, Max Carlson, and Kevin Boardman. Formed in the spring of 2015, the band originally was founded by Eliza Jenkins and Tyler Moody as a duo, eventually adding Jake, Max, and Kevin to round out the sound. The Peach Pits signature touch is their ability to create delicate and soaring harmonies among a wall of sonic fury, teetering around a sound that falls between Girlpool and Black Sabbath, but is not limited to either side. They wear their influences proudly, but remain original and creative in their compositions. With a mixture of dual lead vocal harmonies, guitar, bass, drums, omnichord, and a recently acquired 1982 synthesizer every song is a unique adventure. The Peach Pits bring everything to the table with their unique sound and relentless live shows that will be sure to get you feet moving and your ears ringing.

wetsuit

wetsuit is the amorphous project of Sam Pitino – previously of the Boston garage rock band Answerman https://answerman.bandcamp.com.

The current incarnation of wetsuit is a one person band consisting of all at once: drums, guitar, harmonica and vocals. This format suits wetsuits lifestyle and affords wetsuit to practice, write and play at will – wherever and whenever wetsuit wants. The music spans influences of psych-rock, indie-rock, psych- folk, punk-rock and the train which runs through wetsuits back yard. Wetsuit reserves the right to change format, members and subject matter at will.

Troll 2

Hello, we are Troll 2. We are a group of songwriters from Boston Massachusetts. We play Folk music very loudly, and then someone falls down.

Our story begins some time around 2011 or 2012 in a basement in Jamaica Plain, MA, but we’re not sure exactly when or how. From somewhere in the gaps between an ill-fated acoustic doom metal band, several unfinished concept albums, and an untold number of pseudonyms scrawled onto open mic sign up sheets (each one filthier than the one before), we suddenly found ourselves in a band together, stuck with the most recent name we had decided to call ourselves by. I assure you, we never meant for any of this to happen. Still, we somehow managed to find our way, and today we play our Bluegrass Soul Punk in basements and bars across Boston and beyond, enlightening people about important social and political issues like climate justice, addiction, carpet bombings, our breakups and alien abduction, while also inspiring mirth and dance. Soon, we hope to see you out there with there with those people, laughing, learning, living, loving, lusting, loathing, looting, loitering…

Karma Darwin

Karma Darwin was formed early 2013 in Brewster, NY. The band consists of Alex Peterson on Guitar and Vocals, Drew Stubbs-Stroud on Guitar and Vocals, John Newton on Bass and Back-up vocals, and Ryan Lowry on Drums. The self-titled album, “KARMA DARWIN”, consists of 18 songs written by Peterson, Stubbs-Stroud, and Newton and is absolutely brought to life by the voices of Peterson and Stubbs-Stroud. The vocal harmonies, reminiscent of 50’s, 60’s style rock-n-roll with a breath of new life, illustrate a journey of love through the end of the world that is driven by the rhythms from Newton and Lowry. The two guitarists display mastery of their instruments on the record, and in live performances, through the epic solos that reflect and enhance the energy of the story they weave. The chemistry from the band as a unit is obvious every time they play and the shows only get better and better.
