Brittany Furrow, MD

Hello! I am a recent graduate from the Institute for Family Health, now working as a local primary care provider in uptown Kingston. I’ve volunteered in the wellness clinic at two prior O+ festivals and am now a devoted member of the wellness committee for this year’s upcoming festival. Filamer (Fil) Kabigting, M.D.

Bio:
Dr. Fil Kabigting is a dual board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. He joined Hudson Dermatology after four years as a member of the Columbia University faculty dermatology practice at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He was an assistant professor of dermatology at Columbia, and continues to be a clinical instructor there.

Dr. Kabigting treats all conditions of the skin, hair and nails including acne, psoriasis, eczema and skin allergies, practicing in our Kingston and Poughkeepsie offices.

Dr. Kabigting graduated from Stanford University, where he majored in human biology, then was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship before attending medical school at the University of California in San Diego. He earned both his M.D. and a master’s in clinical research while at the same time completing a clinical research fellowship at the U.C.S.D.’s Division of Dermatology.

He completed his internship in internal medicine at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Hospital and residency training in dermatology at Mount Sinai/St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where he was selected as chief resident. He subsequently completed fellowship training in Dermatopathology at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology.

Karl Kruszynski, PA

Karl Kruszynski, a certified physician assistant, joined Hudson Dermatology in July 2014. He sees patients in our Kingston and Poughkeepsie offices. Mr. Kruszynski studied and practiced dermatology for seven years under Dr. Marie-Louise Johnson as a physician assistant at Dermatology Services of Kingston and as a fellow at the Institute for Family Health in Kingston. Before that he worked as a physician assistant for more than three years at Hudson Valley Urology. Mr. Kruszynski received his master of health science and his physician assistant training at Duke University in North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
