Seven women with a passion for vocalizing come together to bathe you in sound. “Voice bath” is massage therapist and vocalist Natasha Althouse, singer-songwriter Heather Masse of The Whalin Jennys and a regular guest on Prairie Home Companion, singer- songwriter and pianist Sarah Perrotta, Broadway actress and voice teacher Erin Stewart, violin teacher and singer Megan Gugliotta, drummer and singer Chrissy Glenn and homeopath, dancer and sound healer Julie Rose.
“Voice bath” harnesses the practice of vocal improvisation to create an opening for sound to move through and support healing on an energetic and emotional level. One or two people lie on the floor in the center of our circle to simply receive the vibration or vocalize with us if inspired to do so. The only requirement is allowance to be in the moment.

Our day to day lives are filled with information overload, and your brain is left constantly processing all of it. Zephyr Float provides an environment where you are free from external stimuli and your body is free from the effects of gravity. Sound intriguing?
Floating delivers immense benefits from temporary chronic pain relief, shortened muscle recovery time, to even longer lasting anxiety relief. Floatation therapy is also known for its creativity enhancement and introspective learning benefits, inducing a “twilight state” (state between wakefulness and sleep), opening up the mind to new ideas and inventions.
