For any transformative experience to be therapeutic, there must be adequate preparation, the experience itself, and most important Integration. In our monthly meetings, we will circle in community and create safe spaces to share our experiences in psychedelic or Holotropic states of consciousness.

Just being seen and witnessed, without judgement and analysis can be so healing.

Each time together, we will have a short meditation or awareness-based exercise and sharing circle, to help foster our understanding of these rich and sometimes challenging emotions and experiences. As we integrate and digest these experiences, we help ourselves move towards wholeness.
