Join us for The LO+ving Kindness Mural Bike Tour this Saturday, Nov. 12th from 10am-noon* in celebration of World Kindness Day! This mural bike tour, lead by O+’s Aimee Gardner, offers highlights from the new O+ Loving Kindness Audio Tour.

At each stop we’ll discuss the content of the mural, its production, the artist’s perspective, and contemplate loving kindness as a mindfulness practice. The slow ride bike tour will visit seven O+ murals, cover approximately one mile, is free of cost and appropriate for all ages.

Meet at the parking lot TO THE LEFT OF 40 Thomas St in Kingston by 10 am. Please wear a helmet if you have one. Hope you can join us!
