I am a somatic coach and integrative bodyworker practicing in the mid-Hudson Valley and Catskills, and offering virtual sessions worldwide. My passion is guiding individuals towards holistic well-being through self-inquiry and somatic insights. As a nationally-certified massage therapist, my training has included Swedish massage, shiatsu, lomi lomi, sports massage, and zero balancing energy work, enabling me to personalize therapeutic touch interventions to individual needs. I hold certification as a mind-body coach from the Embody Lab, and in my coaching practice I explore with my clients simple awareness, radical presence, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotions. Beyond my work, I’m a musician, nature enthusiast, and spiritual seeker. Home is Accord, New York, with my husband Neil, and friends and colleagues in our creative, professional, and spiritual communities.
