Andy Monk moved to the big city of Kingston from a small island called Manhattan in 2015. He’s been working with O+ in one way or another since 2016 and currently helps run the artists’ clinic that we set up for the festival weekend. Andy has elevated simple whining about life’s problems to something mildly more humorous, and when his friends got sick of hearing it, he found new audiences at Kingston’s many comedy open-mics. When he’s not telling jokes or making spreadsheets, Andy is probably doing laundry (HOW does it keep piling up like this?) or snuggling with his two ungrateful cats.

Full Moon Ritual with Nidhi Adhiya-Huba and Theresa Widmann
Join Nidhi Adhiya-Huba and Theresa Widmann for a collective coming together to heal ourselves and our community in this special Full Moon Ritual for Deep Healing. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, the Full Moon is one of a few auspicious days to collectively meditate together in a Healing Ring of Tantra. As we sit and chant in Circle together, we harness the collective power to heal whatever it is we place within the Circle with our intentions. Our time together will begin with some light stretching and movement, folding in Nidhi’s signature aromatherapy and crystal healing and concluding with a transformative sound bath.
100ANDZERO
100ANDZERO is a three-piece punk band with some tendencies for noise and the odd toe-dip into new wave. True to punk rock’s hardcore heyday, 100ANDZERO pushes fast tempos to dead stops while also experimenting with the role of each instrument. More often than not, bass and drums take center stage and the guitar holds the plot. Together for years and years, 100ANDZERO have three releases – a full length, and two EPs, and have played all around the East Coast in basements, bars, clubs, and festivals.
