Laura Loftus, PT

I have been practicing in the Kingston, NY area for 16 years, now in West Hurley. My specialty is integrating osteopathic manual techniques with posture and movement training and individually tailored exercise programs to help my patients recover from injuries and surgeries, minimize pain, and maximize their physical potential.

I have done extensive study in Fascial Counterstrain, an evolving field of manual therapy. As I develop my skills in this technique, I find I can identify and release restrictions much faster and effect change much deeper in the fascial structure. My patients appreciate the quick, gentle progress to their goals.
