Torin’s knowledge and love of plants spans over years and he has led him all over the world.

We offer a full variety of classes, from gentle to active, including Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Accessibility-Focused, Restorative, Meditation, and more. Our classes are taught from the heart, with a strong emphasis on practical and philosophical principles, alignment and biomechanics, and with a respect and acknowledgement of the deep roots of yoga from across the globe.
Dr. Sana Tanveer
Dr. Sana Tanveer moved to New York at the age of seven from Pakistan and grew up in Queens, NY. During her time off, she visits Pakistan and helps patients in underserved communities with little to no access to medical care, addressing their concerns and educating them about preventative care. Dr. Tanveer’s professional interests include preventative medicine, international medicine, behavioral health, and substance abuse disorder. She hopes to one day work in diverse parts of the world providing care for people of different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Anita Softness, MD
Anita Softness, MD is a Family Physician at Sun River Health in Kingston. Sun River Health is a community health center that provides primary care for the entire family from newborns to senior citizens, including OB and women’s health and care for the LGBTQIA+ community. We offer a sliding scale as well as medication assistance programs for uninsured patients. We work to provide quality, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care to all. Sun River Health Kingston is the primary outpatient training site for the Nuvance Health Family Medicine Residency Program, and we have 24 family medicine physician residents at our health center.
