Bruce Schneider

Dr. Bruce Schneider has been in practice as a chiropractor for 30 years. Cranio-Sacral therapy is his main modality, but he also offers Chiropractic Adjustments and Neuro-Emotional Technique in his private practice. “Stress that resides in the fabric of the body drains the system of it’s vital energy. There are many causes for this bound-up stress, and by using the body as a guide these tensions and restrictions can be released from their original insults and traumas. The spirit of life then becomes available for health, vitality and a deepening relationship with ourselves and others.” More information can be found at www.drbruceschneider.com

John Ellsworth, Bodywork

Massage has been the passion and profession of my life. My first business card is from when I was 9 years old. I love helping people in the process of transforming pain and limitations into ease, expanse, and even pleasure. My bread and butter is working with injuries but I also work as a Cuddlist and a teacher of Himalayan Tantra.

Shawn & Susan DeRyder

Class Description:
We start the program with about 45 min of gentle, yin yoga postures accompanied by live music. Next we shift into a deep state of relaxation with a guided spoken meditation (15-20 min). For the final hour participants are laying comfortably absorbing the sacred sound of the gong, singing bowls, flute, chimes, and more.

The full program runs 2 hours and often leaves participants feeling rested, rejuvenated, and aware.

Deb Seche

Class Description:
The class provides a nice opportunity to become familiar with the Vinyasa style of yoga combining breath work, gentle stretching moving into an active flow to give you a well rounded yoga practice.

Bio:
Yoga has been my passion for many years and it’s been a dream of mine to share that with others. Yoga joins together movement, breath and the joy of being present into a beautiful dance.

One element I was drawn to is the non competitive nature of the practice and the spiritual lifestyle it offers. I believe in honoring how your body feels each time you come to the mat by finding balance and most importantly, having fun while simultaneously increasing strength and flexibility. I hope you will leave the class feeling that wonderful balance of peacefulness and energy. Yoga is a forever humbling practice.
