Bio:

Mike is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Powerlifting Coach, and Co-Owner of Uplift Licensed Massage Therapy & Wellness in Kingston, NY. He believes that everyone deserves to perform at their best and shouldn’t be limited by pain or stress. Mike uses his education as an LMT and strength coach to help his clients manage their pain and improve their performance. Mike also actively competes in the sport of Powerlifting with the goal to qualify for nationals.
