Slow Flow Yoga

Through a moderate vinyasa practice and playful transitions, this class will reset your body, mind, and spirit. Using your breathe as a guide, you will connect with your body and move in a way that will release tension and build strength to aid your life on and off the yoga mat.

Sarah Wilkinson, yoga teacher and energy healer, has taught yoga across the US, including at Kripalu and Omega. She recently became the new owner of Saugerties Yoga. Her flowing yoga focuses on empowering students with the skills needed to heal themselves and become stronger in body, mind, and spirit. Sarah has been practicing yoga for 25 years, and received her first teacher certification in 2010 from Rishikesh Yog Peeth, in India, the birthplace of yoga.
