Toni Salluzzi LMT

Toni Salluzzi LMT has been practicing massage therapy since 2011, when she graduated with an A.S.S. in Massage therapy from Columbia Greene Community College.

She proudly accepts Kingston Trust Fund/Magnacare Insurance.

Toni chose massage therapy because it is a natural way to take clients out of pain. Regular massage therapy sessions help clients stay pain free and bring their bodies to optimal health and balance. In addition to hands on work, Toni’s massage sessions involve problem solving with client participation. Diet, hydration, exercise, stretching and adequate rest are topics of discussion between client and practitioner. Toni takes a holistic approach in her massage treatments. The massage alone will not resolve client issues without client participation in overall health and wellness.

Toni specializes in deep tissue massage. She strives to work deeply in a relaxing and soothing way. Toni tailor’s each session to the client’s individual needs.

Sarah Sudhā Evans Bodyworker

Dance pathed Sarah Sudhā’s path to the Healing Arts and to NYC where she was certified as a Laban Movement Analyst, an ISMETA Somatic Movement Therapist (RMT) and became inspired to move to the Hudson Valley to follow her bliss. The Hudson Valley brought her closer to Nature, taught her about community and it was where she found her Grandmother’s Grandmother’s farm on Sawkill Rd. After a short return to her Southern birthplace, Sarah began traveling to Santa Fe NM to study Bodywork & Hatha Yoga, moved there in 1998, was licensed as a Massage Therapist (LMT), worked in Santa Fe’s top spas & eventually was hired to create Spas from scratch for several boutique hotel properties there. Team building, designing treatments, customizing products and training therapists was where Sarah Sudhā found her professional stride while Hatha Yoga was fueling her personally, studying for over 11 years with Rodney Yee, Richard Rosen and Richard & Mary Freeman. In 2009, directly after completing the flagship Urban Zen Integrative Therapist training with Yee in NYC, Sudhā spent 9 years traveling and teaching in India and Europe under the tutelage of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. Most recently, she has been deepening her body wisdom practices through Trauma Recovery Work. She returned to the Mid Hudson Valley during Covid to re-connect with people, stand again on her Great Great Grandmother’s Land, root herself and offer her skills through Trauma Informed Embodiment practices.

Joann Boniello RN

Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, I became a nurse in my 50’s after raising 4 musical, talented sons and I truly believe music can heal us and that socialized medicine should be a right in our country. I am a founding member of our community garden in Peekskill, where I was born and raised and still reside. I consider myself an “environmental nut” and believe we need to heal our planet any way we can.

Korneel Bouman LMT

At once analytical, intuitive and compassionate, Korneel uses a mix of modalities to customize his clients’ treatments based on their physical and emotional needs. They have observed time and time again how people have become disconnected from their body, whether through trauma, overwork, or stress, and helps their clients restore balance to their mind-body through therapeutic touch and the resulting down-regulation of their sympathetic nervous system. They care deeply for their clients, which shines through in the calm, comforting, and restful container they creates while working with clients, which in turn allows the clients to release and relax. Born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Korneel now calls the Catskills his home, drawn in by the mountains, skies, and nature. They gladly work with everybody that needs their services, and have special affinity for those that have previously experienced trauma, and the LGBTQIA+ population.

Alexandria B. Gianakos, LMT

Bio:
My approach is to connect with your body’s inherent wisdom through bodywork. With a clinical approach to myofascial release, cupping, abdominal, and neuromuscular modalities, I aim to support your natural dynamic state and reduce pain, discomfort, and restriction. As a native of the Midwest, I moved to the Hudson Valley to live and work in Buddhist retreat. Several years of studying Tibetan Buddhism and Taoism led me to pursue my massage therapy license at the state and national levels. My background of yoga instruction in community clinics and jail settings informs my belief that bodywork is a core component of personal and community health.
