Health & Wellness Resources

O+ has compiled a list of primary care, Covid-19, mental health, and wellness resources for the Ulster County community. If you know of a resource that should be added to this evolving list, please email erin@opositivefestival.org.

GENERAL HEALTH + WELLNESS

A partner in the O+ Artists Clinic, IFH is a federally-qualified community health center network. That means its health centers accept all patients regardless of their ability to pay. IFH has locations in Kingston, Port Ewen, Ellenville, and New Paltz, and in Hyde Park in Dutchess County. They also have health centers in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn.

The clinic serves uninsured/underinsured infants, children, and adolescents through 18 years of age. All visits are by appointment only, located at 239 Golden Hill Lane, Kingston, NY 12401. Call 845-340-3070 for an appointment.

Research and compare health insurance plans for individuals and families, and apply for assistance to help reduce the cost of coverage. You can also find information on programs like Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and the Essential Plan.

Family of Woodstock is working with the IFH to provide Health Home Services. The Health Home program was created by the NYS Health Department to help provide coordinated care services to people on Medicaid. For more information on this program, please call either Angely Mendez or Hailey DeCicco at 845-331-7080.
