Biography: Iara (pronounced “Yara”) is a native New Yorker who recently moved back to the Hudson Valley after 13 years on the west coast. She brings a diverse background of studies and experiences to the massage table including training in midwifery, Traditional Thai bodywork, advanced prenatal bodywork, and Abdominal Therapy. Iara cares deeply about her clients’ experience and strives for them to leave the table feeling nourished, listened-to, and supported. Iara currently has a private massage practice in Ellenville.
