Jessica Barry is a Mindset and Relationship Coach. She is on a mission to help people stuck in anxiety, fear and heartbreak, to move beyond survival mode and truly thrive through creating peaceful, loving relationships first within themselves and then with others. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with over a decade of experience helping groups and individuals learn to integrate the most effective somatic, mental and emotional strategies for a uniquely holistic approach to wellness.
