British Born Nandini Austin is a certified Ayurvedic Movement Consultant whose mission is to empower her clients to live a vibrant Ayurvedic-inspired life in balance and be accountable for their health and happiness.

Nandini uses Ayurveda to encourage a return to a more mindful way of life — reminding us we are part of nature. She assesses her client’s needs and lifestyles to identify what will bring them into greater harmony and health and guides them through diet, lifestyle, and nutrition tweaks, to ensure that they are working, eating, and living in alignment with nature and their surrounding environment.

Her number one priority is to make her clients more conscious, mindful, and intentional to ensure these ancient traditions meet and support her clients in their busy, modern lifestyles.

Nandini attests that Ayurveda was written in her Kismet, (destiny) and foretold in her Dharma, (the cosmic law): as she was born into a multicultural household, and academic Indo-Mauritian family. Nandini grew up in and has lived in both London and Mauritius (her parent’s homeland and a paradise island in the Indian Ocean) where she witnessed her “nani’ (grandmother) living a plant-based Ayurvedic lifestyle, living off the fruits and vegetables of her garden till the ripe old age of 96.

Nandini was ingrained into Vedanta philosophy and Hinduism from an early age by mother and late father Gaya,a renowned priest who performed Vedic ceremonies in the community at temples across London, England, where Nandini also performed Indian Classical Dance ‘Kathak’

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and working as Director of Global Sales in the luxury boutique hospitality industry, she transitioned into Wellness, as Director of Business Development at the David Lynch Foundation a nonprofit focused on bringing Transcendental Mediation to at-risk populations. During her career, she traveled the globe immersing herself in various healing modalities, and dance styles. cultures spices, and cuisines.

Today Nandini combines her passion for Ayurveda Wellness and dance and hosts Ayurvedance AKA Global Dance Fusion dance fitness classes to raise your vibrational inner spirit. Other Healing modalities include mindful eating, conscious cooking, exercise, body care, breath, movement, and meditation.

When she is not creating, Nandini can be found hosting cooking classes, speaking at events on all things Ayurveda, or dancing at sunset in her herb and spice garden upstate in the foothills of the Catskill mountain reveling with her two sons, Zeal and Revel, whose name is inspired by that activity.
