EXPLO+RE class: Movement Maintenance

Teacher bio: We’re Erin Merrigan & Evan Webb and we own a local fitness studio (Berkshire Kettlebells). We enjoy picking up and putting down heavy things, traveling long distances by foot, and teaching people how to generally kick more ass in daily life.
