Welcome to the O+ Loving Kindness Mural Tour. This audio tour was created to bring all the elements of O+: art, music and wellness – together to deepen your engagement with the mural program , and yourself, through a multimedia experience.
For each stop on the tour we offer a description of a mural and its making, words from the artist and a meditation created in response to the concepts and content of each individual mural.
An ongoing thread throughout the tour is loving kindness- A mindfulness practice that encourages compassion, self-awareness and social consciousness.
